(2) Properties:
The Pure Product is colorless and odorless crystal. The pure product's melting point is 177~178oC. Its solubility degree is 0.003%(25oC). It is easily soluble in ethanol and acetone. If you add sodium salt, the final solution is called NC-909.
The industrial product will show pale brown color, and has phenol smell.

(4) Use:
It is excellent to act as disinfectant, algae-perishing and inhibition of growth of variety bacteria, especially fungi, in industrial water treatment system.
It is a good disinfectant and antiseptic agent for leathery,fabric,coating,paper pulp and wood.
(5)Use way:
A.Bactericide & Antiseptic Agent:
(a)circulating cooling water: you can adopt impulsion pulling-in way. Dosage is 50 -100 ppm. You can dose once every week or every month, or you can determine to add or not according to the bacteria quantity in water.
(b)painted-wood-structured cooling tower: During repair & maintenance period, please clean the sludge and sewage on the wood structure, and dry it. Spray the 50% DDM original liquid to control the epiphytes.
B.Mildewcide & Antiseptic:
(a) It can be used in leathery industry. It requires the liquid to be mixed with 1:1. The temperature must be 30oC~35oC. The required quantity will be determined by the weight of wet leather 0.3-0.4%. If the local temperature is high, humidity is high, the mildew grows up in large scale, you need to increase the usual quantity to 0.5-0.6%. Please make it turning around for 30 minutes beforehand.
(b) In dyeing & fattening process, the required quantity should be 0.3-0.4% of dehydrated leather's weight and mix with fat.
(c) In coating process, the required quantity should be 0.3-0.5% of coating liquid's weight. Add and mix well.
(d) The required quantity for vegetable tanned leather should be determined by 0.3% of dehydrated leather's weight after potching. Mix with grease, and turn around for 30-45 min. In rain season, please increase by 0.5-0.6%.
(e)Half an hour before mixing the textile sizing agent, the textile agent's temperature will reach 60oC-65oC, directly add 0.1~0.3%"NC-909"to stir fully.
(f) The required quantity for painting 's anti-mould purpose will be 0.1~0.3% (according to painting's weight). The anti-mould painting's required quantity is 0.3~0.6%, add directly to stir fully.
(g)The required quantity for Paper pulp and starch will be 0.1~0.3% of paper pulp or starch paste. Directly add to the paper pulp or starch paste.
(h) For the anti-mould purpose in other wood and other packing box, the required concentration is 0.5-1.0%. Please paint and brush it or spray.
(6) Safe Operation:
When using this product, please pay attention to wearing protective gloves in order to keep the original liquid away from skin. If the original liquid contact skin or clothes directly, please wash with clean water.
(7) Packing & Storage:
The original liquid is very stable, and can usually be kept and stored in cool and dry places. This product is packed in steel drums with plastic layer, 25 kgs each.
