NC-507(QH221NC) Reverse Osmosis Membrane Anti-scaling Agent (equivalent to American NALCO company's OSM1035 High-effective RO anti-scaling agent)

This product is equivalent to American NALCO company's OSM1035 High-effective RO anti-scaling agent. It has excellent anti-scaling ability to RO membrane. Its performance has reached the level of similar imported products, but the price is much lower and attractive.

(1) Performance and Features of NC-507:
     a. It can effectively control calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, calcium fluoride, silicon dioxide and iron.
     b. It is compatible with ST organic coagulants.
     c. It can scatter the blocking particles to maintain clean surface of RO membranes.
     d. In 25 ⁰C , make-up water's pH value is 7, and it is a salt solution with active content of silicon dioxide is less than 185mg/l.
     e. It can be directly added or diluted when using.

(3) Dosage of NC-507:
The dosage required will be determined by the system according to specific conditions. Usually the suitable dosage will be calculated based on water salinity, temperature, percent recovery, reverse osmosis membrane type, etc. The normal dosage is 3-7mg/l (ppm). i.e. Dose 0.003-0.007 kg of NC-507 in 1 ton of water.

(4) Dilution of NC-507:
NC-507 can be directly added or diluted when using. The diluted solution must use RO water or deionized water. At room temperature, the dilution times shall not exceed 10. For every 3-5 days, you should make new diluted solution. Don't make too much diluted water each time. Use potassium hydroxide in the diluted solution to control pH value to 10.

(5) Packing and Storage of NC-507:
Packed in 25Kg or 200Kg plastic drums. Storage period is 1 year.

(6) Use Way of NC-507:
NC-507 is a high-effective liquid inhibitor/dispersant. It can control scales produced by deposits of calcium carbonate, sulfate, silicon dioxide, calcium fluoride and ferric oxide from membrane separation system. By using this scale inhibitor, we could extend the cleaning cycle, prolong the life of RO membranes and reduce the costs. NC-507 has been widely applied in RO and Nanofiltration Devices.
