NC-405(ZH231NC)All organic Anti-Scaling & Corrosion inhibitor(equal to Henkel 8441)

NC-405 anti-scaling & corrosion inhibitor is another research fruit newly developed by Mr. Shen Hongli, our General Manager on the basis of Electric Power Ministry imported product of Henkel 8441 Water Stabilizer . Compared with NC-404, it has obvious advantage of low-phosphor, non-toxicity and lower price. It is widely used in the Power Plant in China. It is specially suitable for the big cities with more strict requirements for the disposal of Phosphor and for the Power Plants that using circulation cooling water for keeping fish.

(1)Property:

This product can be used solely in the circulation cooling water systems with no need to adding crylic acid polymer as dispersant. As it contains dispersant, it can effectively protect the alloy cuprum and carbon steel from corrosion and scaling in the alkaline conditions (pH 8.7,maximum carbonate hardness between 7.0 - 8.0),and is easy to control.

(3)Use:

This product can be used in the circulation cooling water of Power Plant, and has good anti-scaling effect to Cu, Al and carbonized-steel exchanger. The dosage will be determined according to the concentration multiple, heat burden and the turbidity. The normal dosage is 3 - 10 ppm. It can also be used for petrochemical factory, chemical fertilizer factory, steel factory and refinery. If the dosage could be added, the normal dosage is 20-40 ppm.

(4)Packing & Storage:

Packed in 25 Kg or 200 Kg plastic pails. Storage is one year.
