NC-309(ZF321NC) Acrylic acid /AMPS/hydroxypropyl Terpolymer

This product is a newly-developed product, and has been put into batch production. Its features are:
(1) It has better anti-scaling property for calcium phosphate.

(2) It could complex with zinc chloride to 10%, and won't have sediments of zinc salt under high PH and high

alkali water solutions.

(3) It oucld replace the other T-225 and other similar products, and could be complexed as S-113 to be used in

Medium-hardness water, and can improve the corrosion inhibition rate of this agents.

(2) Properties

The product shows excellent inhibition effect for calcium phosphate scales and good dispersing effect for Fe(OH)₃ and Zn(OH)₂ under higher pH.

(4) Use:

It can be used as dispersant in pour-cooling water in iron and steel plants, and also used together with organic phosphonate and zine salts in circulation cooling water with high hardness and high alkality.

(5) Packing & Storage:

In 200Kg or 25Kg in plastic pails,storage is one year.

(6) Use Way:

As dispersants for pretreatment filming and ironic oxide,this nti-scaling dispersant should be used at a dosage of 80 -100 mg/L. The normal dosage is 10- 30 mg/L. It could be used with zinc salt, NC-102 and other organic phosphonic acid together. The application condition is PH value of 7.0 - 9.5.
