NC-310(ZF322NC) Phosphono Polyacrylic Acid (PPCA)

NC-310(ZF322NC) English Product Name : Phosphono Polyacrylic Acid (PPCA equivalenttoUK FMC Company's product B-500)

This product is one of our company's newly developed products. Other names are Chiral Carboxylic Polyacrylic Acid, Phosphonic Acid Acyl and Poly (Acrylic) Phosphite. It has excellent anti-scaling ability, and will not produce deposit with zincic ion under alkaline conditions, so it is a satisfactory inhibitor.

(1)Performance of NC-310(ZF322NC):
It is mutually dissolved with water, and in alkaline solution it can be used for dispersion of iron, zinc and calcium phosphate hydroxides. Especially when mixed with zinc, it will not produce deposit, thus an excellent corrosion inhibitor.

(2)Use Way of NC-310(ZF322NC):
It can be used as anti-scaling dispersant in cooling water circulation and oilfield wastewater and also as dispersant for calcium phosphate and ferric oxide in pre-filming.
When this anti-scaling dispersant is used for pre-filming or dispersant for ferric oxide, dosage is 80 ~ 100mg/L. The normal dosage is 10-30mg/L. It can be mixed with zinc salt, NC - 102 and organic phosphonate. It is applicable for 7 ~ 9.5 pH.
