NC-311(ZF323NC) English Name:Acrylic acid-Acrylic ester-Sulfonic acid-phosphonic acid Copolymer

This product is another newly-developed product after NC-310. It is a four functional group copolymer with better performance.

(1)Performance of NC-311(ZF323NC):
a. Based on NC - 309 terpolymer, it increased phosphoric acid group, and thus strengthened the anti-scaling ability to calcium carbonate and anti-corrosion ability.
b. It shows excellent anti-scaling ability to calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, zinc phosphate, etc.
c. It strengthens the dispersion properties to sediment, ferric oxide and zinc oxide, etc.
d. It has no environmental pollution.

(2)Use Way of NC-311(ZF323NC):
It can be used as anti-scaling dispersant in cooling water circulation system and oilfield wastewater, and also as dispersant for calcium phosphate and ferric oxide in pre-filming.
When this anti-scaling dispersant is used for pre-filming or dispersant for ferric oxide, dosage is 80 ~ 100mg/L. The normal dosage is 10-30mg/L. It can be mixed with zinc salt, NC - 102 and organic phosphonate. It is applicable for 7 ~ 9.5 pH.
